Re: Pinarello MTB

I just looked, the models shown are the Antelllo, I saw the black Cristalo model here and got inspired to go for that, though I fear the Giovo doesn't
have the beautiful fork crown detailing

Re: Pinarello MTB

though I'd go for white decals
the paint work on the pina mtbs seems to bee sold, and not metallic/mercurial/chromovelato orientated like on the road bikes of that era

Re: Pinarello MTB

Did you get the bike an my message? Did you weighted? Many thanks.

Here in Italy there is one civetta with nivacrom frame an dx group very low mileage at 200€

Re: Pinarello MTB

sorry for the delayed response!
The link you sent seems to be for roadbike decals, and the re furb c. I will use is good at duplicating original decals so I think I'll be ok, but many thanks again!

Re: Pinarello MTB

not sure it too small
I usually ride road with 53-54 cm tt, as has this, but the seat tube is 50 c-t

Re: Pinarello MTB

here's a comparison with my other mtb frameset

Re: Pinarello MTB

but in this context, i think the seat tube isn't an issue

Re: Pinarello MTB

Mtb frame sizes will always be smaller than road frame sizes. I usually concentrate on top tube length and reach.

I am an mtb'er who recently started road riding; my road frames are all around 56cm, with 56cm top tubes, where as my mtbs are all around 18" frame (45cm) with 21.5" (53cm) top tubes. I obviously ride with longer stems on my mtb's than my road bikes.

Strickly speaking as I am 6'1" (1.81) tall, both are too small, but I seem to manage fine ;)

Those are two very nice frames, I look forward to seeing them both built up (and covered in mud).
