The Campag band-on came of an '83 7spd record ace, works well and free, though it ain't concourse very useable.
The Steel spring cable guides could be Campag as the came off the same bike I cannot guarantee this, However in good condition and the longest has capped ends,I have given them a quick polish unless dipped in HP sauce they will retain a vintage look.
These are rare as rocking horse poo I haven't seen any for a loooong time so..
To price up these isn't easy
