A pain in the proverbial getting the front end right! I needed to fit a front cable hanger, king headset, controltech stem - steerer tube 5cm too short!
Fit a steerer tube extension (great pieces of kit if you haven't used one before) open cable hanger to find it doesn't work as the hole is too wide and the ferrule just pulls through - grrrr so that's a design fault or a 'bit' missing!!! Never mind - ransack my spares box and find something from an old Zoom stem that may just do the trick!!!!
