Can you tell me did you had any problems with fitting new stem? Was the rebuild process smooth or should i be ready for some rough patches?

Actually it was my first bike that I builded from scratch, didn't have any problems at all.
The stem (brand is BLB, +6/-6, 25.4 clamp) is a normal 1 1/8"size, the forktube lenght was already good, only had to use a very small spacer.
In the meantime mine is a slighty bit more 'dramatic', since the old rearwheel bursted I installed a used carbon Spinergy REV-X.
Looking forward on the progress on yours!

Also single speed yes. In a way i will try to accomplish what you have done. Probably in a gold and green color combo. I won't repaint it now, but maybe later.

But this is my first ever project so i am completely new in this. You probably had threadless forks? I have threaded so i will need some kind of adapter so i can use new steam and handlebars.

If the paint is oke, keep it like that, I like the green and it will be great with gold parts!
Yes my fork is threadless, but you can keep your threaded cups, you only have to get a adapter like this:

Hello! I have a question. Did you have the same crank arm before as i have on my bike? It's on the picture. Is this the Shimano BB-CT91, 122.5 mm spindle bottom bracket? If so which crank pulley did you use? Im new at this, haven't done if before

You can remove the crankarm with an 'allen-key', and the bottom bracket needs a tool like this:
