Might be off for a ride in the morning on Canford Heath, but it is an 8.30 start!

great ride today and nice to get out over the purbecks again as its been a while.Was a good test of my fitness on the climbs and glad my back held up after being off the bike for 5 weeks!
After getting back for hot bath and a roast i feel ok now......so 4hrs on the road bike tomorrow

Good to meet everyone and hope to make this ride a regular thing

Had a nice roast beef lunch then had to work tonight and got home to find the boiler had packed up so no hot water for a bath! Arse!

Cracking ride yesterday. Really good to put more faces to names

It worked out at 29.5 miles for me, door to door, with 2927 feet of climbing!
