Just as a quick thought, can you let me know the centre of B/B to centre of top tube dim and also is the top tube c/c of 22 3/4" the actual length pf sloping top tube rather than theoretical reach?

The seat tube is 16" centre BB to centre of top tube....and the 22 3/4" is the horizontal or "virtual" top tube length....
