Small frame for my Wife....

Disc brake or V brake?

I have a very small Rotec steel frame black /red /yellow v brake only.

which i was going to build...change of plan now.
 
Something a bit different, AlpineStars Cromega in small, non-Estay version Green and Blue fade, complete, with a few bits or bare frame and fork?
