I've lost actually not because weight issue but due to nasty flu I've had. Four weeks recovery without bike at all and now only commuting to work as I'm lazy. I was flying in December tho. When I sort my things out I shall cycling more.

Thread resurrection! Needless to say its not because I've put on weight
87.4kg this morning lost 3kg in two weeks, stopped eating sweets and takeaways and some very moderate exercise.
