What I am concerned about at the moment is how City will break it to Mancini that the Special One is taking over.

Strange season so far. Maybe the superstars at city don't have the same hunger as last year, or maybe it's just that we have Vidic back!

Van Persie, on form Rio, Vidić back, Rooney more motivated. Hard to put a finger on it, but I would guess the nature of the defeat last season is what has really made the difference. Ferguson just could not accept that coming close again.

I don't think hunger Maki, Mancini playing three at the back early doors dumped us out of europe and ultimately blew the league, his arguement was professionals should be able to deal with different formations..v Everton he done it again...and had the audacity to play Kolarov in a wingback role :shock: (me dog knows what a wingback needs.. he ain't got). Winning the title's alright, though Fergie's highlighted that defending it is another game entirely (Holyfield always ses looseing the title is like the pressure of the world being lifted off your back and challenging for it is the opposite). I'll have me fingers crossed come Monday, a derby semi win would be the best thing for Manchester, it will be well over 1/2 mill viewing gate and simply leave it all hotter for the coming season.

Next season is going to be interesting.

City have been unlucky this season with injury, etc.

This year has been great for humbleness.

I think Man Utd fans worldwide, and they really are , will settle for finishing the year with a tidy points advantage, leaving their finger nails intact.

When I mentioned humble, I was thinking there has been less of the mind games this year, and I was impressed by the way Ronaldo and Mourinho conducted themselves when kicking United out of the Champions' League.
