What Cool / Retro Component Brands are out there ???

Hi!! I'm relatively new to Mountain Bike (Coming from the Road Bike world)

I'm used to matching my groups from the headset right down to the skewers...

I'm really finding this retro mix and match grouping cool!!!

I'm sticking with only Rocky Mountain frames so I'm aware of SYNCROS and Race Face

I really like KORE skewers so I picked up a couple of them

Are there any other cool componets that would be cool to mix and match? Most of my builds are all XTR M900 or M730 Deore XT... But I'd like to mix in some cool retro parts

Welcome to the forum!

Just take some time and browse through the building threads. Then you know what other retro brands are out there and - more important - which appeal to you most.

Naturally, Syncros (especially early Rocky Mountains) and Raceface (later Rocky Mountains) go together well.

After a while everyone has there personal preferences. I like Grafton, Syncros and Ringle most.
