My modern's rear shock is losing air at an alarming rate. I put both chambers at 170psi, and within minutes the rear chamber loses all pressure. It somehow doesn't collapse and is capable of carrying my weight, but it feels all wobbly and mushy.
Right now I'm not sure yet if I'll have it fixed or replaced. The shock is brand new in terms of usage, but has been gathering dust for 4-5 years so it's possible that the air seals are shot.
Schmolke used mostly RS and DT Swiss shocks. I've googled a bit for their shocks for that era, but didn't find anything that matches this one. Anyone know what this is?
It has dual air chambers and a rebound adjustment knob. No lockout. Eye-to-eye, I'm measuring 168mm.
