yes it is and a very good frame too . made him an offer but he declined when it was listed last week .

missed a titanium one at Â£50 not so long ago .

Bizarre. My landlord's got one hanging up in the landing with an RS 1 Middleburn crank on it and Ritchey V brakes. He's selling cheap if anyone's interested, 21" frame.
