mystery titanium frame

ok,i have this in the classic road section too.
any ideas of what make it is,and how much its probably worth?

there isnt a frame number on it to go by.

No disc tabs, no canti mounts ... and that looks like a shifter mount on the downtube too.

Almost certainly a road frame, and probably a rather old one too. Even road bikes have had shifters on the handlebars for about 2 decades now.
 
Definitely a road frame, downtube shifter mounts are still quite common as adjuster guides can be fitted for STI or Ergo, the really strange thing to me is that it seems to be a Titanium randonneur/touring frame as it has rack and mudguard mounts :? ;) :D
 
its very similar ,except for the top tube cable guides.

i took another look at it.some dick has tried cutting off the welded on clamp for the front mech .they have cut half way through the clamp and downtube!
not really wanting another frame i was only interested in reselling as the price is a bargain.but i dont think it would sell due to the damage.

if anyones interested ,give me a shout.
