Tru Pro MTB 1995!

bobjonson

Retro Newbie
I bought this bike in on American Army/Airforce base in Germany about 1995. Wasnt cheap at the time

I've no idea of the make other than it has stickers "tru pro" and "alumni M560" "shimano" that long ago now and they have faded.

It has had an easy life, still original tyres, grips and brake blocks, though the seat is needing replacing  and has been stored for past 8 or so years.

Anyway, a mix of wanting to get a bit exercise, and clear some room, I have now got it out of the store and plan to tidy it up a bit, maybe upgrade forks and headset if possible?

Oh, and Hello all!!

Looks like an a pro frame
Taiwanese frame builder
The 560 is a reference to lx m560

Probably a £700 or more bike

Yeh, not cheap at the time.

Can't find any other ref regards "tru pro" so possibly just rebranded?

It's in good condition for age, especially as it's been sat for few years and neglected :-(
