I'm being given a 2001 Marin Wolf Ridge which is almost completely original - brakes were replaced last year with Shimano M525. It's spent most of its life in storage so is in good nick for its age - will try & post up some pics when it arrives.

Any ball-park guide on its worth would be appreciated.
I paid £100 for my east peak in 2011 same frame. I was looking at one of these on Ebay sold 2-300ish can't remember exactly

I have a Colnago frame 20" probably circa 1970's in reasonable condition for its age realistically how much might I hope to get for it if I put it on e bay or elsewhere.

Re: Specialized DH

Personally, I've always found that items with a high starting price tend to attract MUCH less interest from the outset.

That's not to say that it isn't worth £500, maybe more. However you'll get more interest and more bids if you set the start price to something ridiculous like 99p. If you want to, you can put a reserve of £500 on it to ensure that it won't sell for less.

Re: Specialized DH

Cheers BBB I think your probably right but the fee's were a joke to do that , Think I'll split it seems the way to go.

Re: Specialized DH

You might want to put a photo of where it says proto on the frame

I just see a FSR DH that's stripped and slightly stolen looking....

Could someone tell me how much my 2009 Genesis Altitude is worth please? Looking to sell it on here or, if that fails, it's going on ebay. Thanks :)
