In terms of wheel building in Edinburgh Eastside are good guys and will guarantee the wheels and do re-truing as part of the cost. I've been in before when they've been building fatbike wheels.

nice bike for the long legged, mostly campag victory/triomphe with a record mech, dodgy modern stem.. still £400 to start with, with rust issues :roll: not really bargin terrority.. Late 80's frame judging by the decals
