Help identify a klein

That's not a Pinnacle. It is a Rascal, Probly '93. The build is a total mash up.
Decals and colour suggest 94 Fervor. 
Decals are 94-95 style, the colour should be Nebula Green?! This was the 1994 standard colour.

However Fervors and Rascals were technically the same frames. I am not sure, if one can deduct anything from the serial no., if you can find one?
This frame deserves a nice build.

Well I agree that it's a Rascal/Fervor but I'm not sure it's a Nebula Green, maybe....it's difficult to see on the pictures. Most likely a 95 Fervor in Deep Forrest Green as Irh suggested.
A serial number would be interesting.....
