Just wondered if anyone had dealt with this shop?

I ordered a Hope bb online a fortnight ago. Got an email a couple of days later to say that they didn't have it in stock so they would issue a refund.

After two weeks still no refund. I've sent a few emails but haven't had a response. Anyone dealt with them? I wonder if I have been had?

I've used them for a set of Hope Tech X2 Evo brakes and didn't have a problem, very quick delivery.
I have read that a few people have a had problems with them but they aren't dodgy, just probably not very organised. Keep on their case, phone them rather than emailing

I've not used them myself but there are a couple of threads on STW with people having issues with out of stock items and then not getting refunds etc.

Well, there is a happy ending. Having paid on 18th February I finally received a refund today (5th March).
I will never buy from them again.
