 Post subject: back garden half pipe

my son wants a half pipe building in the back yard, being the old skool bmxer i have agreed to build one but i and after a bit of help, is there a set radius the ramp has to be or do you just make what feels right. i will post some pics over the next few weeks when i get started. i can't wait to try it out lol.

There are tons of plans on the web

I think you have to ask your self how big and what style you are after or he wants and his ability

Nice and low little mini ramp that he can muck about on and have some fun

bigger mellow ramp that he can learn more stuff on

bigger and sharper trans so he can start to get a bit of air, ready for the bigger ramps !

what size space you have - can you add to it at some point and also the cost
