Gears

Super builds, but the gearing looks very long, is it flat where you live? U'd end up doing a lot of walking on our local hills with those gears!!
 
It is quite flat here, but gears are normal 53/39, after all she is getting 52 for the bigger. Campagnolo does not sell cranks with 52/39 :?
 
Gearing

A lot round here run 48-38 or push up to a 11-28 Cassette? Lots of very long hills and very strong winds too.
 
I saw a guy in a shop last week with a set of those wheels on a brand new Orbea. He threw his rear derailleur into the spokes and the wheel exploded. He looked like he's been crying on the entire drive over to the shop.
