The Germans messed up thier eBay

Is this not the 'upgrade' that they have been touting in every country? A select group (10% of users) are pushed into that version. To remove it and revert back to the original clear all ebay.de cookies and empty history and cache and then log back in and it should be back to normal (unless they have 'upgraded' everyone)
