Who's got a 29'er?

Just put another 40k on mine today, going to feel strange next time I hop on a 26"er

Why do you need to go back?

My 29'er plans are on hold for a bit.

The 700c mtb thing didn't work out either, as the cx tyres rubbed on the adaptors, so it's going to be a cx/mtb.

After that, I'll take another look at 29'ers.

Owned a Mongoose 29er for years that I commuted on, blisteringly quick on the flats but sluggish/long

Toyed with the idea recently but TBH do too much messign about jumping even on my XC bike and I don't think 29er wheels would take to well to that kind of abuse!

My first geared 29er was a Lenz Sport full suspension XC rig with 3" rear travel, I loved it,
Lenz coniued to develop the design and now do 3", 4", 5", 6" and 7" frames, choose your poison.

Pictures worth a 1000 words, posted these September 2009!! in the Dutch forum

Enjoy!!
