Hi Neil
You must have read my mind, I bought a set of wheels off of here a few weeks back with just such rims, the rear rim is pretty much shot the front though is very good still. So going to replace both rims, so will have a good rim up for sale.
Will probably try to raise the courage to strip it at the weekend

Let me know when you have your spare rim for sale please, as that sounds good.
As for stripping the wheels; unless you are re-using the spokes, I find a decent pair of side cutters make a very satisfying 'snick!' as they cut through each spoke :twisted:
