2012 Dave Yates 853 Custom Build

Yeah dropper's are awesome bits of kit

Indeed, no Splashbacks! They're not a really good winter tyre, for the other 3 seasons yup damn good, but in winter not so good

That looks lovelly , fillet brazed frames are the muts nuts ... Very very nice indeed
I ride road bikes these days ... But your dave Yates is stunning
Well done

Thats looking better than ever with the Schwalbes in my opinion Andy, great to see you riding it properly in very poor conditions too!

yeah, it does look a little different wearing black rubber. I think that maybe it makes the frame stand out a little more than the Splashback's

she's deffo not a garage queen who only comes out on sunny days, she's a proper dirty girl :D

As it should be

Think I have to agree on the blackwalls too, definitely directs you more to the frame which can't be a bad thing!

I prefer it with the blackwall tyres. Just my personal preference on nearly all bikes. I think it goes back to my first MTB being an early 90's Kona with Kona blackwall tyres. They were the new trendy things then and it has always stuck with me.

Oops!

The British & blue themes continue...

...Just ordered some blue Hope jockey wheels :D
