99 GT xcr 1000 build

I know these original I-Drives are prone to the seat tube cracking but like yourself I'd happily take a punt at building one up, the ride really is one of the best 'old' full sussers in my humble opinion. I look forward to seeing this build progress :)
 
Thanks! Yeah to be honest I've heard lots of good reviews about the idrive so cant wait till this one is finished to get a ride out on it.
 
Cheers Josh but its not the idrive bits that I need, the idrive unit is spot on, its the main pivot bearings etc I need but as I said betd got them in. Oh and dad is taking the cracked frame to work this week to get it welded :)
 
I managed to get the swing arm cleaned this morning.
