Just picked this beastie up tonight from a fella who bought it to ride whilst he walked his dogs....

Mostly 8 speed campag with Deltas, but has 105 hubbed wheels and ultegra barend shifters.

Twin 700c wheels, curved toptube, Columbus SPX tubing.

Other one to add to the rebuild pile. Tommi no.4 (at the moment..)

Very nice find. Needs a 650c or maybe even a 24" front wheel and a bullhorn up front.

It is designed for a 700c

and i am too old to bend down any further

The CX model was designed to be a low pro time trial bike and worked with 650c wheels up front. It was definitely not designed to work with 700c wheel front and rear. If the low front wheel does not work for you, just get a Look ergostem.

This particular CX was designed to have a 700c fork/wheel. I have a Look Ergostem but have no plans to use it on this bike
