Day 4....
Building a small car body out of carbon, Kevlar and glass, using a female mould and lower joggle.
I'm about an hour behind the experienced guys, with it, but should get it all finished for an 11am autoclave deadline... Pics to follow tomorrow once its complete..
Also broke-out my three previous mouldings... Couple of school boy errors on the first two, but the third one was spot on, with perfect 90deg angles, no bridging or resin build up, and a lovely smooth finish.... Well happy

Finished my assessed piece...
2nd highest score in the group...
Some of the experienced lads were a bit shocked..
Abismal fail on the written exam, but no time to study, in amongst all the practical work..

How about a drillium loo seat?
