99 GT xcr 1000 build

Here is my next project a 99 GT xcr1000 which Ba57ards kindly karma'd me. I managed to get it washed the other day and she shone up a treat. My plans are to rebuild it to near spec. I've actually just won another xcr1000 frame on ebay with a crack on the seat tube to use as a donor so I'll be taking the swing arm etc off that to use on this front end.

Heres a pic of the front end for time being.

I do have some SID XC's for it and other parts, I wil get pics tomorrow.

Here is the donor frame, I will use the swing arm off this.

Any the crack in the donor front end, I'm not 100% sure its the frame or just the paint.

Bit of an update, today I took the swing arm off the donor and discovered I'm going to need to buy new bearings and bushes for it but betd have them so thats no problem, I'm going to de grease and wash the swing arm so I'll put a picture up of that when its done.
