righteo guys n gals..........one day eh

april will hopefully be a dryer month than the last few. the local loop aint too bad but just want to ask a few questions to you guys.

1- do you want to stop at the same cafe as last time?
2- how long do you all want to ride for?
3- thinking of doing/linking other routes but backwards, sound good?
4- meeting place may change to opposite the steelworks ( food, petrol, motorway access will be easier),would this be easier/or convenient?
5-do you want retro only or are we gonna let anything ride? its your call, im not fussed but retro is encouraged, i only ask as some other locals are interested but ride modern rigs....sorry , bikes ;)
6-please please please be prepared for stingy nettles, may not be as bad in the past but you have been forewarned. (i have asked the local crosser youths to clear the trails before hand  )

whos game?

Re: scunthorpe ride

Me. I'm up for it.

1. Yes, cafe's are a must, especially if Marc turns up.
2. 20 miles.
3. Yes, whatever makes for a good ride.
4. Sounds good to me.
5. All comers welcome I say, we'll show them up on our old steed's which will cause them to convert to Retro and buy all our old clobber.
6. I like pain, ask Chrisv40, seems like a regular night out for me.

:)

Re: scunthorpe ride

Looking forward to it I love this ride.

1 - Yes
2 - As long as possible if its sunny, straight to the nearest pub if its raining.
3 - Link whatever you want I have faith in you ;)
4 - Meeting point near the steelworks is fine but I preferred the lasses in the park to a load of steel workers
5 - Let moderns come by all means its something to take the piss out of.
6 - The more stinging nettles the better to chuck Trebz in :D
