Ah, 5 bolt is all good 
Afraid so on the X4, I've got an X5 rear mech here I can't see me ever fitting to anything - industrial doesn't cover it!

Afraid I'm piking, will spare the grizzlies but suffice to say I've not slept yet and there's a bucket by the bed...
Not self inflicted either, unless this is the effect of being seemingly the only person on Cannock Chase without a bike!
At least that should guarantee some lovely sunny weather, hope it's a good ride!

It was a good day for you all, like summer all day, whenever I go to Gisburn it wee's it down! I missed going but I was still fighting with my central heating at silly o'clock last.
