I usually like wild turkey or Jim beam, but have been finishing off xmas present Johny walker black lable and Glenfidich........i like my whiskey with a touch of maple syrup sometimes :D

I think they have just announced they are going to reduce the alcohol percentage by 3% but obviously keep it at the same price ;)

Must be rich,peaty and have a smoky after taste. Single malts seem to do the job:

Talisker, Laphroaig and Glenmorangie agree with me. Drank neat, p'raps a bit of water.

Any others I should try?
 
Single malt: Oban, neat. Heavenly :D

Bourbon: Jim Beam black label :cool:


My parents have an unopened bottle of Glenfiddich bought in 1985. I've been dropping hints that they should leave it to me in their will. I'm guessing that it'll go down like honey....
