Help needed, Retrobike is filling up my email!

Good folks of retroland,

is there any way of stopping forum postings and PM's being forwarded to my email account? I've had a look at the settings in the control panel but can't see anything obvious. Please help my email is getting filled up...

When you hit the "Post Reply" button as opposed to just typing in th box at the bottom of a thread, a page will appear with options at the bottom. Unclick the "Notify me when reply is posted" box

Dont forget to click the 'stop watching' links in those emails or you will continue to get the emails for the threads you have already posted in

And to make it easier in future, turn off the 4th option Notify me upon replies by default: here ucp.php?i=prefs&mode=post

Or get Gmail, I've only used up 9% with nearly 20000 emails
