Seen recently:
Peter Kay
John Bishop
Jimmy Carr
And enjoyed each one for a great night out.

And next, very much looking forward to;
Micky Flanaghan
His stand up DVD had us in stitches.

Me too, I tripped up over it.

Good call on Dice.

He is making somewhat of a comeback lately, great to see.

Watched him on the Stern show a while back, he still has all his chops.

:)

He's got a new special out called Indestructible.

Probably best to link to his work rather than quote it here!

Done.

Errrr.... has anyone ever heard of Jim Davidson?

Wasn't he a bit controversial as a comedian, a bit racist, sexist, homophobic and generally not nice.

Harry Hill, Vic & Bob, Bill Bailey, Count Arthur Strong (who deserves to be far better known outside of Radio 4) - all excellent live. I've also seen the live stage adaptations of Bottom a couple of times, Mayall & Edmondson were always on fine form with ad-libbing aplenty. :D

He's modern, but i like Reginald D Hunter..........quite clever at what he does. And Russel Howard although he can get a bit silly.....

I've only seen him as a guest on programs like Have I Got News For You and always found him funny, I'll have to watch one of his stand ups to get the full effect of his humour
