Maybe others will prove me wrong, but I've never seen bullmooses for 1 1/8 quill.
I believe Legrandfromage has a NOS Nitto set for 1" available.
You'd need a shim, of course...
Otherwise, you're looking at some of the Neo-retro 1 1/8 ahead ones with a stem adapter.

I would shim it, err just outta curiousity ever posted from US to Uk? thing is I am after a bullmoose of that size 22.2
