I should go along to that, however I wont cause I'm lazy but thanks ZZ.
If they do build any mtb track on that land its going to be a teeny circuit on a par with Pollock Park. The only ground they own as far as I can tell lies between the small kids golf course and the Braids Road.
Think it might be more aimed at the yoof and jump park crowd.

Possible early morning Sunday ride, anyone interested? I was thinking of Ae or more likely Mabie as I've not been for a good while. Tentative plan is an early start for a mid afternoon finish. Hopefully a couple of laps or a lap and a play about.
