Fork choice axel elite v pace proclass 2

Old School Hero
I've just got a 2004 giant nrs with manitou axel elite forks on it. They have no lock out and quite soft but not as bad as some say. I have a pair of pace pro class 2 with lock out lever in the man cave, although they are a few years older then the axel elite are they a better fork. Both are 80/100 travel.
I do like the pace but don't want to swop them over for nothing.

Come on give me your thoughts.

I've had the regular Manitou Axels (comp?) and din't get on with them at all, although the Pace's are an older fork I'd be inclined to say they may be better in general than the Manitou's.
At the end of the day the only real embuggerance is swapping the crown race over the rest of it is pretty straightforward and shouldn't take too long.

Yea it's only a 10 min job so I'm going to do it tomorrow and give it a ride to see what I want to do.
Before I put on the pace I want to strip the spring side to make sure they are set to 100 mm.
I think the pace will stay on.
