heres my maverick!

picked up from our local 2nd hand shop for the sum of £35!

its in good condition,and near original.
i had the exact bike back in 1985 so was well pleased to find this little beaut!

Fantastic - and it takes us back to the days when there was a hotly contested debate over whether "these bikes" were "ATBs" or "MTBs"...

And whether or not they would catch on... :roll:

Takes me back, my mate got one of these and I got the slightly better GT version that had the lugged ATT23 frame with forged dropouts and flat bars. Bought new from Berkshire Cycles in '88 and rode it everywhere until a mate stacked into the back of a car and mangled the frame.
Very nearly bought a GT last year but there was no delivery.

Love it.
