Here is my Mantis Flying V from 1991 - 1993.
Who know frome which year this Mantis is?
Frame number is VL181033 = Flying V, Long 18", but what does 1033 mean?
Build with some purple components:

This is my '92 Dawes The Edge. Since i've spent most of January building it, and have just got back from my first ride on it for about ten years, having owned it for the best part of twenty, I thought i'd enter. Always fancied a go at Bike of the month, and i'm interested to know what people think of it. Of course, it's up against some truly legendary machinery(the Mountain Goat would be my pick - it's fantastic), but here goes anyway.
