Netanyahu took some hits from the centre. A good evolution if you ask me. I hope Israel will take a more normalized course in the future.
Just my thoughts. What's your take on it?
 
Quite frankly, **** israel. A country just as guilty as the nazis for waging a war of persecution against those of another ethnicity.

But of course, countries that are our freinds because they have the resources or are in strategically good position can do what thay wish, while those who we don't like with something we want will be embargoed, invaded etc

True that. But I don't think every Israeli is OK with the way Israel has been behaving, and this election has pointed out this might just be the case. This gives me some hope. I also hope that, with the recent Arabic spring, the palestinians get some more support from nations that are able to lobby with the west and put pressure on the issue. We've still got a long way a head of us though...
