Wow - that Zaskar is stunning! I love it! Those dropouts are an awesome detail!

Because of those dropouts and decals your frame is a 1998 year model. However, it could well be that the frame was produced in autumn 1997.

To make the bike look even better, I would use a straight bar - but that will not be as comfortable.
