Track bike or frame 55 or 56 TT

I'm after an entry level track frame or complete track bike with either a 55 or 56 top tube & 700c wheels front & rear for use at Newport Velodrome. Ideally after something reasonably modern (sorry!) nothing too rare, fancy or pseudo-retro just something in reasonable condition & dependable & designed for proper track use.

I have not a frame but if you go down the frame route....i have a BLB chainset in black 46T [1/8, 130 bcd] includes a Shimano UN55 BB [107mm]....both were mounted on a frame but not used on the road or track......pic below
