I can't decide whether I like the front fork or not? :?

Nice buy Doogie.

I like the fork too but it's too long for that frame. That fork is 100mm travel and the frame was built for 63mm, or 80mm max! I'd fit something shorter - Pace or SIDs.

Still a very nice bike. If I'd been less lanky I'd have been tempted to buy it myself. :D

You could well be right Chris - it would answer Doogie's question as the headtube does appear to be Headshok size, 1.5" I believe?

Another Merlin owner told me the fork was wrong length. But he's easily confused!
 
Yes I bought it, and I am now contemplating selling either one or both my paces to recover funds :cry:
I don't want to but we shall see :roll:
