Tel's Stallion Cycle Shop Venture!

Me either! It's actually hurting my eyes to look at it, so much so I'm going to edit it out of the thread!

Have the workshop area near the door then you can chat which useless browsers like me like but still get on with your work.

My LBS is long and narrow. Gallery here:

Bikes all down one side, BSO's stacked two high, nice bikes get their own floor space, the walls behind carry stock which is a bit of a faff to get but let's you see what's there. Counter on one side, small nickable stock behind the counter.

Workshop and s/hand bikes at the back, but there's multiple staff so always someone up front and in the workshop.

Knog beetle rip offs, CRC want £12 each, put them free on bikes you sell, give them away, hell charge £3, but you're going to get nailed if you don't realise what's out there.

Input noted, thanks guys.

Took some pics today as promised. Now you can see the reality of what I have to work with! The pic of inside only shows about half the length as I was renting that amount for storage. The shop is too narrow to have bikes across it they'll have to go length ways.....

The approach. I can have a sign under the fish sign so that it can be seen from the road:

The whole unit:

Gates and courtyard. I have the right gate inside and out:

Door to the shop. I can remove the life ring:
