I'm a Fat fan too and voted for Ti-fat before. But Ibis gets my vote now. I love that Mavic groupset.

Hmmm Yeti or Fat Chance..... I say Yeti, the girl friend says fat chance. I say she should join Retro Bike and vote herself. I'm voting Yeti!

No fair! I'm totally split between the lump-in-the-throat generated by the JMC replica Hardisty and the Formula One, which brings back huge memories from borrowing one from the factory for a Gorrick race back in 1994.

I think it's got to be the F1.

Having read through the build thread; Sinnnerman’s Hardisty JMC Replica in my (humble) opinion takes the retro-bike 'build' to another level.

Not only is there great attention to detail and finish, but the depth he has gone to with the research, the connections and the history etc make it special for me

Mind you, it was still a tough call as there are others I liked as well  ......

Baulz’s 1992 Mountain Cycle San Andreas, SYN-CROSSIS’ Fat Chance Titanium and ameybrook's 1991 Yeti Cycles Ultimate came close for me....all very  as are all the others tbh!

That Salsa hits all the right spots for me, but it is certainly a tough call, well all except that dead end special - I've almost never seen a worse bike, and I have been to Halfords recently ;)
