Help identifying Cannondale Lefty model etc

Im posting this for a mate who has a lefty but no model number graphics on (pics to follow shortly)
We've got as far as making out its a 2002. The numbers on the frame are
971283PH042234MD
4FMN5L
It also has a sticker on the frame "Alcalyte" but I cant really find much on Google about it

Any help is greatly appreciated

thanks for the info on the fork, but im also trying to identify the bike model as a whoile. There are no decals with a model number on
