Looks 17.5 c to c, 19 c to t to me. Interested in this but it looks a bit snotty so I won't be going too daft on it.
They used to measure size from centre of bb to centre of top tube in those days. Thus this is a size 17.5.wookiee":3uxdkpyv said:
I expect it measures about 19" from centre of bb to top of seat tube though, and Marins were quite long in the top tube, so this is around the same size as other makes size 19s, even though it's actually a 17.5.

By the way how do you identify a team frame pre 1992?
