Small cheap ladies road bike or frame

As subject; I'm after a small ladies road bike, fairly light weight for SWMBO
She is only 5"1"

Dont want to spend a lot of money, but don't tell her though!

Should you want or need them....i have a really nice Fizik ladies saddle and a pair of Giro road shoes [40] both unused and can do them a very good price.....pics available.

I have a 48cm c-c steel frame for sale. Late 70s, Italian, made by Spezzotto. Gipiemme drop outs and unknown tubing, takes 26,2mm seat post. Quite a lot of scratches, but no rust. Chrome under the ice blue paintwork.
