Lots know this but for those who still use water bottles, just reminded myself today that a small amount of rice and water (plus bleach if you want) in a bottle 'shake a lot' and if scours all the difficult micro slime out of your bottle if you have been using juice or energy drinks and rinsing has not done what it should have done.
Works very very well, been doing it for years, but just thought i'd share .
