In my little third world country, there are a handful of quality framebuilders, the most recognised one called "Yasec". A frame, either made of alu or steel built to your exact spec, costs roughly from 5-600 GBP to as dear as you can afford;)

Not that I'm going to go up against Dave Yates on a geometry discussion....but that ain't right, and it certainly isn't going to have me knocking on his door for a frame.
