stx rc v brake-pad inserts, does anyone know who sells them?

Help.. my pads are worn out but the alloy casings are good, just need some new inserts (rather than replace with widely available all-rubber blocks)

(Sorry if this has been covered before - I searched before I posted)

I have one set at home(2 pads) nos one STX RC MC33 and bought this on Ebay.com last year.
